My favorite event is Finke Desert race because its so damn fast and crazy you have to see it to believe it . For me training is keeping me from getting really fat. Before a race weekend I always never do anything the same im not that organized.

I race because It ‘s my passion and it is what I love to do & getting paid to do it is just icing on the cake!! People tell me that I Must find it easier because I am so fit but the truth is I work very hard every day to keep fit and on the top of my game and it doesn’t just happen overnight. My favourite event is the 4 day because it’s got so many elements to test a rider’s capability and endurance and is always super competitive and close right till the end of the final moto. For me training is Doing a lot of different types of fitness and sports to keep it fun and to keep me in top physical form so I can push that extra bit when needed to have that advantage over other racers. Before a race weekend I always Make sure I am 100% happy with my bike set up, am feeling at my best and make sure I have had some of my wife’s spaghetti bolognaise lol
